Service Description
Please send me an email before booking. I have more times available than on the website :) Discounts are available for the online classes if you buy a 3-pack (see "Simply Supportive" under "Plans and Pricing"). It is possible to share the session with a friend. One person must buy the class and send the Zoom link to their friend. Your session can be focused on general mobility, pole, choreography, contortion style flexibility fundamentals, or hand balancing basics. I only teach what I am confident in sharing, so if your needs are outside of my wheelhouse I am happy to point you to other coaches. See my Instagram for a sense of my skill set and what I am happy to share! I have students ranging from their early 20s to late 60s – you are in caring hands!
