I am happy to travel to teach within the Netherlands and abroad. Workshop prices are excluding price of transportation and for up to 10 people.

60 min: €70

90 min: €100

120 min: €130

Pole Rental

Base + First Hour: €50

Each Additional Hour: €10

(If you require my transportation and set up price increases depending on distance)

Transportation

This is dependent on the destination and how much equipment I need to bring. Within the Netherlands it is the cost of normal public transportation, unless I need to travel with my stage pole.

Pole Dance

I teach a wide variety of polers, from those starting their first pole class all the way to more advanced pole dancers. I have experience teaching choreography, heels, flips, spin, static rotation, dead lifts, flexibility moves and more.  I can come teach a workshop at your studio or bring my stage pole to teach at your next event.

Middle Split

I breakdown the technique for the middle splits and pancake focusing on finding the pelvic tilt that works best for your body. We will strengthen and lengthen both our abductors (muscles that pull your legs open) and adductors (muscles that pull your legs together) so that you can feel safe and stable in a middle split position.

Front Split

I breakdown the technique for the front splits working all the way through our legs and back. In the class we will cover how your femoral and sciatic nerve can interfere with your progress and how to overcome nerve pain. You will learn more about your fascia, joint lubrication, active splits. You will learn the difference between closed and open splits and how to use each to your advantage. For those who are more advanced we will progress your over split and split shapes.

Backbending

I breakdown the technique for backbending all the way through your spine from neck to bum. You will learn proper abdominal engagement for backbending, how to warm up properly, as well as how to cool down to keep your spine healthy and supported. We will work on cobra and bridge variations tailored to the level of students in the class.
